Mark your calendars for the PTA Family Skate Night on Monday, April 17th from 5:30 until 8:30pm at the Classic Fun Center at 9151 S. 255 W. in Sandy, UT.
Skate Admission is free and you can bring your own skates or scooters or rent them for $3.00
Students are coming home today with the flyer that has upgrade coupons for additional activities too.
Due to adverse travel conditions and unplowed streets in many areas of the District, along with predictions by the National Weather Service of additional significant snow accumulations throughout the day, Tuesday, April 4, will be a virtual learning day for all students in Jordan School District.
All schools and offices will be closed on Tuesday, April 4.
There will be no in-person learning in our schools on Tuesday. No meals, no preschool, and no daycare will be provided. Teachers will be available to meet with students virtually between 10 a.m. and noon. Schools will communicate how to best connect with teachers and will share any additional schedule information.
District crews and contracted services will continue to clear snow throughout the day. A decision will be made regarding after-school and extracurricular activities by 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

Join us for a PTA Spirit Night Fundraiser at the Panda Express at 5503 W 7800 S anytime between 10am and 9:30pm on Thursday, March 16th. Our school will earn 20% of the sales during this Spirit Night event.
Dads & Donuts
Please join us Wednesday, March 1st from 7:30 am until 8:15am for our annual Dads & Donuts. Please bring your favorite book and grab a donut to share with your special grown-up. The Book Fair will be open during this time as well.
Book Fair
Our Book Fair is a special event that we put together for our students. It is a lot of work to set up and was cancelled because of the snow storms. Even though most conferences were on Zoom, we are opening the Book Fair for ONE DAY ONLY. Please come and visit us and buy a book or two!
Per the email from Jordan District, Thursday will be another virtual learning day. Friday the 24th of February is still a day off.
We will see everyone back at school for in-person learning on Monday, February 27th.

Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held virtually or by phone on Wednesday, February 22. Conferences will NOT be held in person on Wednesday. More information will be provided by your school or teacher.
The District will make an announcement regarding the status of Wednesday's after-school and extracurricular activities by 1 p.m. that day.

Thursday, February 9th is a regular school day.
Friday, February 10th is the Jordan District Health & Wellness day and there will be no school. Jordan School District has converted Friday, Feb. 10, into a Health & Wellness Day for employees, students, and families.
Jordan School District has information and activities for students of all ages to help them focus on their own health and wellness. The resources are available below so you can make choices about what would be most helpful and appropriate for members of your family.
Students do not need to submit their work from the Health & Wellness Day. There will be no school meals, busing, or access to teachers on Friday, February 10, 2023.

There will be no school on Monday and Tuesday, January 16th & 17th. Monday is Martin Luther King Jr Day and then Tuesday is a grade transmittal day for the teachers. We hope you all enjoy the nice long weekend!
