Hayden Peak PTA Harmony ChoirIt’s time for a new season of Harmony to begin! The choir leaders are Megan Toronto and Julie Weir. We are excited to make music with your children. The fall season will be a Christmas Program. We invite all 4th-6th graders to participate. Choir will rehearse TUESDAYS before school at 7:30am.Important dates:Tuesday, September 24th -First day of HarmonyWed. Nov 29-Dec. 2- Festival of Trees field trip and performance (exact date TBA)Monday, December 4, 6:30 pm - Christmas concert assembly and evening performance
Don't forget to register your student by Wednesday, Sept 18th to guarantee your student's preferred shirt size for our Hayden Peak 25 year Celebration t-shirt. Students who are registered after 9/18 will still get a t-shirt but we cannot guarantee the preferred size.
If you would like to run the fun run with your student, please fill out the form included with the fundraiser packet and return it by 9/18 with either a cash or check donation for $20, or an online payment of $20. Any parent/guardian who would like to watch and cheer on their student is welcome.

The PTA Reflections contest is a contest of the arts in 7 categories. It gives the children an opportunity to express themselves and get creative. Winners will move up to the council level. Then possibly region, state and national competition depending on if they keep moving forward after each round of judging. All submissions due online. Hayden Peak Elementary is seeking parent representatives for the School Community Council for 2024-2025.
We currently have openings for general membership, Vice-Chair and Secretary.
Elections, if needed, will be held September 16-19, 2024.
The first meeting being held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 7:30 a.m. in the Hayden Peak Conference Room.
The council meets a minimum of 4 times each year on Friday’s at 7:30 a.m. and consists of parents, teachers and administration. The School Community Council provides support and input to the school principal about issues of interest to the community and about the School LAND Trust Fund budget.
Meetings are scheduled for 9/20/23, 11/1/23, 1/24/25, and 4/25/25
If you are interested in participating in the School Community Council, please complete the attached application and return it to the office by no later than Friday, September 13th.

Back to School Night is coming up on Tuesday, August 20th from 5:30pm until 7pm. Stop by anytime between 5:30 and 7:00pm to find your new classroom and meet your new teacher.
Spirit Wear
School Spirit T-shirts will be available for $8 (cash only) at Back to School Night. We only have a limited amount on hand, so make sure to stop by the PTA table to get yours.
If you don’t get a chance to purchase one at back to school night, we’ll provide details on how to order additional shirts once school starts.

We are excited to welcome everyone back for another great school year! We will have our annual Back to School night on Tuesday, August 20th from 5:30pm until 7pm. Stop by and meet your teacher!
Please complete your annual registration in Skyward as soon as possible. This is where you will see what teacher your student has been assigned to.
The first day of school is on Wednesday, August 21st!
